Taking a cruise from Fuerte Amador is a breeze way to explore Panama City, the country’s vibrant capital. Fort Amador is located on Flamenco Island at the entrance of the Panama Canal, one of three islands. In the past, it was a major US military base in the American-controlled Canal Zone.
