Taking a cruise from Fuerte Amador is a breeze way to explore Panama City, the country’s vibrant capital. Fort Amador is located on Flamenco Island at the entrance of the Panama Canal, one of three islands. In the past, it was a major US military base in the American-controlled Canal Zone. As well as a marina, the area offers restaurants, bars, and shops. You can observe the Panama Canal from a deck above the Miraflor Visitor Center, which has a museum and a museum. You’ll find jogging trails, boutiques, and restaurants on the Amador Causeway, which offers Panamanian dishes such as guacho. Metropolitan National Park is home to over 300 species of animals, including two-toed sloths.
